A class designed to explore the menstrual cycle in an inclusive and supportive environment. Unpack shame and stigma while eating some cake. All ages and genders are welcome to learn about and celebrate the hormonal matrix that ebb and flow within our bodies. Together we will discuss the four phases of the menstrual cycle and learn some ways to support yourself as you move through your "moon phases," including hygiene options that go beyond just disposable pads and tampons! This class is for all ages, but especially encouraged for pre-teens and their caregivers. Cost of registration for anyone under the age of 18 includes a spot for a caregiver, no need to buy two spots. We will discuss the types of changes the body moves through and of course learn how to find the right reproductive healthcare provider!
